The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of sales forecast and inventory management to ensure a smooth S&OP process integrating financial and business development plans for top management’s decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales target setting and maintain rolling forecast on market demand & supply
• Develop business reports to track performance against key KPIs
• Monitor the inventory level and create exit strategies for aging stock
• Review product launch and promotion calendar & feedback to team the opportunities and risks regarding sales performance metrics
• Formulate pricing reduction model with margin caring to maximize company profit
• Demonstrate strong excel to manage sales forecasting and inventory reports
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduated with at least 3 years’ experience in sales planning / inventory management related background 
• Familiar and passionate in football & sportswear is highly preferred
• Strong in Excel and knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese
• Good attention for details and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized, independent, proactive and with good problem solving skills
