Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inward & Outward shipment/inventory management
- Organize/check stock for quality issues and conduct stock taking (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- To ensure proper accounting of inventory costs and movements
- Communicate and provide proactive support to internal departments for various Inventory related demands, forecast and issues (if any)
- Regular and close coordination with offices across the globe and facilitate queries/issues, etc.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system update
- To review and establish policies and procedures to enhance inventory controls
- To review and make recommendations to improve current business processes
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate in logistics or inventory management
- 3+ year’s working experience, preferably in jewelry industry, specifically with diamond jewelry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn
- Knowledge of Jewelry Database System/SAP is a plus
- Able to work overtime and every Saturday
