Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Security & Traffic Management, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily operations of car parks in the Park in a professional manner. He/she will formulate deployment strategy to ensure all parking activities which are taking place in the Park are being monitored and carried out in a safe and orderly manner. He/she will coordinate with all related stakeholders i.e. MTR, Lai Sun, etc. and outside construction works to ensure a smooth traffic flow in the vicinity and minimize the effect to the local community. He/she will coordinate with all departments to develop/formulate traffic management during the events and oversee shuttle services operations for the future development for both guests and staff of the Ocean Park Resort. He/she will manage the car pool operation of the Park in accordance with the Vehicle Management Policy and maintain all car pool vehicles to be roadworthy at all times. He/she will formulate the future shuttle arrangement plan between the Dry Park and the future Water Park at TSW. He/she will formulate contingency transportation plans in line with the Park’s Crisis Management protocol. In addition, he/she will represent the Park in coordinating and dealing with both government & non-government organizations on the traffic and transportation issues of the Park.

Requirement
- Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in traffic management or related fields
- With at least 8 years’ operational experience in traffic management of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
- Good planning and supervisory skills
- Responsible, pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, and good command of Putonghua
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willing to work outdoor, on shifts, and during weekends and public holidays
- Possesses a valid HK Driving License
