The Logistics team is expected to provide excellent service and support to both internal and external customers.  The team takes care of all inbound and outbound logistics for the brand, including import of products, export of products to overseas clients and replenishment of products to HK retail point of sales. 

As part of the logistics team, you will be involved in the whole customer order and shipment process, as well as ensuring an efficient and smooth logistical and warehouse operations, with both internal and external stakeholders.  Your primary focus shall be on import logistics and support for HK retail business.    Below would be your key duties:-

• Assures customer satisfaction by tracking the progress of orders, shipments and assists sales team to handling customer complaints.  Communicates shipments status on a timely manner
• Delivers excellent customer service to fulfill all customer orders, through responding promptly to queries and quickly resolving any issues in a professional and helpful manner
• Ensures all customers’ order are processed accurately according to procedures and as per the set schedule
• Works closely with 3PL warehousing/distribution center daily operations
• Performs and follows shipping procedures properly, ensuring the shipping operations run cost efficient and smoothly
• Follows up on shipment status closely, and liaises with ship lines, forwarders, couriers and local transportation companies for all shipping related issues
• Provides logistics support in warranty claims and returns.  Provides instructions for returning products.  Issues Return Authorization numbers
• Prepares the mailing of catalogs and promotional materials, and shipment for fixture and SMS for customers
• Prepares monthly stock report – balance the warehouse stock level with system
• Prepares Tradelink declaration
• Handle full set of I/E documents and L/C independently
• Liaises with vendors and freight forwarders for import shipment delivery status
• Handles all staff purchase order
• Acts as a major contact point with 3PL warehouses.  Reconciles and processes monthly invoices
• Ensures workflows are followed and system (NAV) is maintained according to SOP
• Ensures special customer requests for shipping are clearly identified o orders for adherence to by the distribution center
• Follows established communications procedures and timelines as per training and SOP manual
• Handles ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Ideally, you shall be/have:-

• A Bachelor's degree is related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• A strong communicator, with fluent written and oral English.  Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a must too
• Pro-active, organized with good team work
• Independent with good problem solving skills
• Experience in using ERP system with strong operation knowledge in MS Office, especially excel
