Job Responsibilities 工作內容

• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth operation 管理倉務以保證營運順暢;
• Forecast manpower and work load for operation planning 預測及安排倉庫人力資源;
• Ensure the work environment to be safe 保持倉庫環境的安全;
• Comply with / develop policies which enrich the current inventory flow 執行及提出規則及政策以進一步提升倉庫貨物流通程度;
• Prepare and review inventory reports 準備及檢討倉務報告;
• Maintain operations, and provide physical support to subordinates 協助倉庫貨物搬運工作.

Job Requirements 工作需求

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operation, preferably in 3PL (third party logistics) company 3年或以上倉管/運作經驗;
• Supervisory experience of warehouse team 具倉管經驗;
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word 具電腦文書處理能力;
• Fluent Cantonese, Good command of spoken and written English to communicate with Japanese manager 流利廣東話, 良好的英語會話能力以與日本經理溝通;
• Proficiency in Mandarin as a bonus 具普通話會話能力有優勢;
• Usage of Hong Kong Forklift License (Reach & Counterbalance) is an advantage 持有鏟車牌優先;
• Strong organizing and leading skills 具企畫及領導能力; 
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently 具責任感及能獨立工作;
• Immediate available is preferred 能即時上班者優先.
