Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Work closely with internal department on logistics system
• Duties may include order follow up, logistic coordination, inventory control
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation work flow
• Experienced in handle full set of I/E shipping documents independently,
• Familiar with I/E regulation, especially for Hong Kong & China Market
• Day-to-Day operation of inbound and outbound activities
• Liaise with forwarder for shipment schedule & delivery discrepancy 
• Handle the space management, product re-packaging, and stock safety environment
• Prepare various analysis report for regular operation review
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma graduated or above, preferably in logistics / supply chain management or related discipline
• 2-3 years or above relevant experience in trading firm
• Good Command of MS Office
• Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Well-organized and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of Multiable System is highly preferred
