Job Description

Job Activities:
|
- Set and implement warehouse management workflow and systems
- Develop policies and regulations according to the company’s objective and the required coordination among related department, so as to ensure consistency between product quality and service quality in order to accomplish customers’ needs
- Responsible for the control of imports and exports, warehousing, movement (logistics) and security of all products marketed by the company along with the general maintenance of the warehouse
- Determine priority and assigns work based on workload and warehouse personnel
- Oversee all warehousing and transportation related issues
- Procure and assign international shipping services
- Train warehouse staff to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work place safety and health practices
- Institute changes in procedures which will improve the overall warehouse operations
- Train staff members on the export compliance
- Review all import shipment related invoices for accuracy (freight and brokerage)
- Organize trade show logistics
- Packaging design for domestic products and suggests improvements to existing packaging from factory
- Perform material handling, including picking, packing, shipping and receiving as workload dictates
- Purchase and negotiate pricing on packing and shipping material from vendors
- Negotiate and procure favorable freight rates and services for the entire ARRI Group when feasible
- Organize material layout warehouse and maintains a clean, safe working environment
- Maintain security of warehouse, general building and assigned work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- University Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines plus at least 3 years relevant experience in managerial position. Non-degree candidate with solid experience in warehouse management and excellent communication skill will also be considered
- Management experience in CFS & logistics warehouse
- Knowledge of air-freight operations would be an advantage
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to all level of staffs, contractors and clients
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Warehouse Management System (WMS), knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
