Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle import & export transactions, mostly payments by letter of credit
- Handle full set of Import and Export documents
- Check cross trade document, issue shipping documents, invoices and billing
- Responsible for updating and maintaining data within various internal systems
- Assist in data input for trade invoices preparation
- Maintains filing system, including general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
- Other duties may be asked if necessary
Job Requirement
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- Knowledge in trade finance
- Experience in shipping knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Dynamic preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
