Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day e-fulfillment and parcel operations
Manage operations team and ensure delivers quality and accuracy result according to SOP
Plan and organize the allocations of appropriate resources and manpower to achieve team targets
Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction
Design solutions and work closely with Programs and Customer Services team
Maintain good communications with cross-functional teams
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level
Experience in E-Commerce Logistics or Airfreight Operations are preferred
Hands-on knowledge in Cargowise, WMS, OMS, Excel and Visio would be an advantage but not a must
Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
Able to cope with fast-pace environment, self-initiative and work independently
Sense of ownership and commitment to task and time is a definite requirement
Able to work for long hours and be under pressure
Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese and fluent in Mandarin
Interested in developing career in E-Commerce Logistics industry
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
