Our client, a Japanese Electronic company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Junior Logistic Clerk (#18136) 

Job Description:

• Handle sales orders follow up and inventory management 
  
• Issue PO and shipping related documents (I/E documents, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes, Trade Declaration, etc)
• Liaise with vendors, factories and logistic company for shipment and delivery arrangement
• Monitor shipping and delivery schedule, and any other ad hoc duties 

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with 1 year relevant working experience from electronic trading / manufacturing company would be an added advantage 
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin 
• Fresh graduate would be highly welcome to apply (Supply Chain / Logistic Management related discipline would be an added advantage)
  
• Well-versed on MS Words and Excel using
• Immediate available or short-term notice would be highly preferred
