Job Description

1. Manage customers’ inquiries, bookings and complaints.
2. Communicate with internal and external customers on booking and cross border trucks issues.
3. Coordinate with operations and sales departments on shipments and rate respectively.
4. Contact overseas agents for shipment arrangement & rate coordination.

Requirement

1. F.5 or equivalent.
2. At least 1 years working experience in Freight Forwarder industry
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Candidates with client base will be an advantage.
6. Immediate available will be an advantage.
