Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of service contractors/ licensees through regular audits and workflow review. Review service gaps and work promptly with contractors/ licensees to develop and execute service enhancement initiatives
• Perform contract administration duties and ensure contractors/ licensees comply with service standards, as well as all operational and contractual requirements
• Coordinate and drive facility expansion and enhancement projects or other projects to improve passenger satisfaction as assigned, work closely with other relevant teams/ departments to effectively mobilize resources for on-time delivery of the projects in good quality
• Assist in market studies and data analyses to support operation planning and formulation of new strategies to enhance passenger services
• Assist to devise contract and licence renewal strategies and follow up with documentation, tender briefings and site visits for the tender exercices
• Handle passenger complaints and follow up with remedial actions
• Perform real time operation duties, event management, incident handling and investigation, contractors / licensees performance audit, customer services, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Aviation Management/ Facility/ Property Management or other related disciplines. Relevant working experience in contract administration, operations, planning, procurement process in aviation industry or related fields
• Minimum 3 year working experience, or with proven experience in airport operation
• Experience in airport operation / project coordination is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive, innovative and service oriented
• Good team player with pleasant personality
• Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking skills
• Competent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
