Our client is a European based Chemical firm with manufacturing plant in all over the world. To cope with their rapid growth, a Strategic Regional Planning Manager is now in needed for their Asia Pacific regional hub.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a small team for regional replenishment planning in order to achieve optimal balance of service level, inventory and logistic cost
• To manage future demands, lead times, campaign sizes and replenishment strategies products
• Enhance know-how and competence transfer for inventory optimization and planning topics among the regions
• To report to regional Head of Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in BA, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 8 years or above regional experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years focus in  planning process in manufacturing environment
• An independent person with self-driven and strong ownership in achieving target with excellent influencing skills in Multi-cultural environment
• Hands-on experience in leading a small team and planning improvement project experience
• Proficiency in SAP R/3, APO, and master data structures; Good skills in extra data & data analyst skills set  
• Fluent in English is a MUST; with strong communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is important
