Responsibilities:

• Report directly into the General Manager of Contract Logistics, South China
• Leading the team to handle daily operation and meet the agreed timeline
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation, including Sales, warehouse and trucking team
• Managing the Subcontractor/ Vendor, with regular service review
• Project Implementation for new client /operations
• Supervise team members to achieve the KPIs from customers
• Holding QBR with valued customers in regular basis
• Monitoring team performance and productivity
• Communication with overseas customer in regular conference call
• Handle the complaint from client, investigate the root cause and provide the corrective measurement
• Monthly operation analysis report preparation
• Optimize the operation process flow with IT solution (have Global IT team to support)

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics
• 7 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry
• Solid understanding on Warehousing / Distribution/ Cross Border Customs Process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong in Ms Word, Excel, Power point

Experience on using SAP/ WMS (Exceed)/ Oracle and strong in WMS logic is an advantage.
