Job Responsibilities 工作範圍

• Responsible for handle full set export documents and trucking arrangement
• Provide general clerical support including filing and data entry
• Coordinate and follow up cargo flow with internal and external parties
• Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

Job Requirements 工作要求

• Form 5 or above
• 2-3 years experience in related work experience in freight forwarding industry. (Non-experience is considerable)
• Good PC skills, fast and accurate data input
• Fair English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, work under pressure, Responsible and Good Communication Skill
• Willing to work overtime
• Night Shift duty required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
