Responsibilities:

• Manage the airfreight marketing development of a major western market
• Handle the acceptance of daily booking, responsible for the coordination with operations department and the quality of the customer service level
• Report to Management regarding daily booking volumes and marketing development.

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above (Diploma holder will have an advantage)
• At least 2 years relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation at freight forwarding industry
• Independent, organized, responsible,problem solving, and most importantly, self-motivated person.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good PC skills, especially Excel
• Able to work in a team and share responsibilities
