Job Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and motivate the operations team to provide quality service in performing daily operations including logistics fulfilment of goods receipt, stock-in, put-away, stock-out, pick & pack, dispatch, returns and Letter-shopping services
• Monitor and update the warehousing system with regular report timely and accurately
• Ensure a smooth and efficient operation process execution as per standard operations procedure (SOP)
• Maximize the warehouse space utilization with effective and efficient storage planning

 Job Requirements:

•  Form 5 or  above
• At least 3 years logistics / warehouse operations experience, of which 1 year in team leader levelis preferable
• Warehouse management experience in a fast-moving, multi-customer environment will be an advantage
• Organized with good working attitude. Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiar with WMS system and PC literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
