Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls, in both Ocean and Air operations
• Produce accurate reports and follow up shipment bookings with overseas offices and all customers/stakeholders in an efficient and effective way
• Confirm information for order processing. E.g. selling rate, shipping company preference, shipping schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date and consolidation, etc.
• Provide general administrative support and update information on systems/files. E.g. shipment details, working manual, account management list and vendor list, etc. upon receipt of updated information
• Provide general administrative and back-up support within the department

Requirements:

• Matriculated or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry (Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Customer Services Executive)
• Experience in Forwarding, Shipping or Ocean service is an advantage
• Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
• Detail Oriented and Circumspection are required
• Fluent in oral English and Mandarin
• Competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to learn, work overtime and with team spirit
• Immediate available is highly preferred
