Responsibilities

• Major duty in end to end Cargo import and export process handling (ranging from cargo pick up, tracing and shipment status confirmation and final shipping documentation),
• Contact with primary customers and monitor shipping schedule
• Keep checking and informing relevant department for any changes in advances
• Support or backup other team members

Requirements

• Post secondary or above.
• 1-2 years hand-on coordinator experience in import and export practice.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Fair in English and Mandarin.
• Strong in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
• Details and customer service orientated is a must,
• Willing to work under pressure and highly motivated.
• Immediate available is preferred.
