The Job:

• Provide daily clerical jobs in receiving, put away, pick & pack and stock taking;
• Record amounts of items received and distributed;
• Data input, updating, cargo release/receiving control, inventory auditing and handling inventory;
• Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management;
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders;
• Perform daily operation duties for assigned customer amounts

The Qualifications:

• Diploma Graduate or Formal Secondary School graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry;
• Fresh applicants who just completed study with less experience will also be considered;
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in a professional industry, for instant logistics solutions;
• Proficient PC knowledge;
• Knowledge of ORACLE is preferable;
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure and long hours

Job Requirement and Remuneration Package:

• 5-Days Work Week, but need to report duty on Weekend and Public Holidays;
• Basic Salary up to $15K per month;
• Overtime Pay;
• Annual Leave, Mandatory Provident Fund;
• Working location will be in Chek Lap Kok, monthly transportation allowance will be allocated;
• Gratuity payment upon satisfactory completion of 1-year contract
