The Demand Planning team takes care of the inventory planning of all elements involved in production and selling of Pacsafe products, including raw materials, components, and finished goods, in order to ensure product availability to maximize revenues. 

The team is expected to collect, understand and analyze information globally including sales forecast, relevant sales channels, product lifecycle, selling cycles production capacity and timeline, logistics timelines and etc, then recommend and execute a global buy plan. 

As a Demand Planning Assistant, you will be contributing by consolidating information collected and providing preliminary analysis by use of system and excel.  Below would be how your job looks like:-

• Responsible for collecting and consolidating information and data from various stakeholder.
• Interact with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Finance to understand Demand Forecast drivers. 
• Verification and validation of data collected.  Report to Manager for any concerns.
• Analyze forecast bias to identify and understand variables and root causes and provide adjustment suggestions as appropriate. 
• Maintaining data in a systematic way.  Ensure data are input to system and tools accurately. 
• Support inventory lifecycle such as new product launch, end of life products by managing system and tools. 
• Provide preliminary analysis to Manager.  Spot out potential issues such as inventory availability. 
• Prepare and suggest buy plan according to PO schedule. 
• Prepare regular standard reports such as SKU health report and monthly sales report to management. 
• Facilitate communicate with various stakeholders, including sales, production and logistics. 
• Update sales team and customers about product availabilities. 
• Update SOPs as required. 
• Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans. 
• Assist in ad hoc projects. 

We are looking for someone whom has interest in Demand Planning and data crunching.  While Demand Planning experience is not a must, you would be:-

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Information Technology
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, with understanding on planning 
• Excellent computer skills especially in Excel is a must
• Knowledge in ERP system
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.  Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Motivated self-starter whom is organized, analytical and with good communication skill.
