To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Medical Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

To assist and handle the full spectrum of logistics, procurement and warehouse activities in the Medical Division including:

• To handle in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents
• To liaise with internal and external departments/transport companies for timely in-coming/out-going shipments
• To process import and/or export documentation within set deadlines (the process including pack, unpack, checking and verification)
• To ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits, prompt delivery and clearance of shipments
• To investigate and take actions for all non-conformance and to recommend corrective actions
• To assist in stock management and checking
• To take care of warehouse operation on a day-to-day basis; keeping warehouse clean and tidy under 5S standard
• To perform any duties as assigned

Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chainor related discipline
•  2 years’ relevant experience in Logistics/Warehouse field, preferably in medical industry
•  Proficiency in MS office, knowledge in SAP is preferred
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Highly self-motivated, trustworthy, detail-minded with high accuracy; Good time management to demonstrate strong ability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
