Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track of all inbound, outbound and eCommerce merchandise to HK Hub and/or re-export to other markets
• Maintain all tracking systems data to actual supply chain actions giving near real time visibility to systems
• Responsible for preparing the export documents and import & export declaration for shipments
• Develop supply chain reports for tracking and analysis periodically for review as well as vendor guidelines
• Responsible for overall inventory reconciliation (DC & stores)
• Work with Business section for managing priorities and determine the ship mode and delivery schedule
• Liaise with external logistics partners for competitive solutions / arrangement for moving the freight
• Communicate with the customers/markets for delivery arrangement (including legal terms among different countries)
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, forwarders and consolidators for sea and air shipments
• Provide operational support to the logistics team
• Update shipment details to system and verify shipping documents or freight bills to ensure all correctness
• Communicate with oversea offices and forwarders for any shipping issue via emails
• Any ad hoc projects or additional duties and responsibilities based on the needs from the company

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above with knowledge in shipping, logistics and warehouse operating arrangement
• At least 7 years relevant DC/Warehouse Management; eCommerce, Shipping / Logistics Operation and People management experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Solid experience in handling garments shipping arrangement for both retail, wholesale and eCommerce
• Preferably with inventory control experience in Garment retail / wholesale business
• Knowledge in handling consolidation and containerization cargo
• Ability to use SAP and GT Nexus for warehouse transactions would be an added advantage
• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
• Proactive, responsible and hardworking, committed to deadlines, self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently
• High flexibility and adaptable to changes
• Able to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
