Our client is an international logistics company, they are looking for a supervisor to join their Operation Team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team for smooth logistics operation
• Handle business analysis and warehouse throughput control
• Responsible for the new customer account set-up
• Assist and cooperate with the team to achieve KPIs
• Communicate with customers for compliant and outstanding issue to achieve satisfaction, such as Customer’s visit
• Provide possible long team strategy planning and logistics project
• Assist in handling budget control and cost analysis
• Assist Manager for ad-hoc projects if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above related to transportation and supply chain management
• At least 5 years’ experience in contract logistics of warehouse operation
• Strong management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Talented at communicating with all levels of personnel
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills, such as spreadsheet and database management
• Location: Tin Shui Wai
• Immediate available preferred
