SHIPPING CLERK

Connaught Hong Kong Group is a Sourcing Office under European management representing well-known brands of Accessories for Mobile Phone.

 Job Description:

• Provide regular reports and deliverables
• Contact Forwarder for delivery arrangement
• Invoice and Shipping Documents verification
• Daily Communication with main Client in Spain and other International Clients, attending enquiries and shipments/order status.
• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and custom declaration if needed.
• Coordinate internally and arrange shipping schedule
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipment booking and scheduling
• Office at Kwai Chung.

 Job Requirements:

• At least 1 working experience in similar position is preferred. We may consider candidates with no experience but with right attitude. 
• With experience in logistics and warehouse management is preferred
• ERP knowledge is preferred
• Mandarin & English are a must. Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a positive asset, but is NOT a must.
