Job Description

Job summary
-          Develop relationships and effective solutions for revenue growth, customer retention and customer satisfaction, in order to achieve the assigned sales, volume and financial targets for assigned account (s)/client(s)
-          Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts
-          Creates, articulates and drives the local strategies for different customer.
-          Leverage understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy
-          Maintains relationships with top accounts
-          truly understand customers and their needs
-          Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield
 
Responsibilities
 
-   Follow through on assigned sales activities target, lead and drive performance to ensure volume and revenue targets are met with sufficient pipeline.
-          Articulate local differentiators and value propositions. Formulate a qualified business plan to support the target delivery. 
-          Partner with the Customer Service team to further enhance synergies and facilitate the cooperation between the two teams for the assigned accounts.
-          Follow through direction settings to secure both long term and short term opportunities.
-          Work closely with Customer Service and Trade & Marketing teams to ensure customer needs and market intelligence are updated and communicated.   Coordinate and execute commercial approach (pricing, UTM or deployment) in response to customer needs and the market situation.
-          Ensure sales systems and reporting are precise and up-to-date for management tracking, analysis and planning.
