To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Scientific Solutions Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of shipping documents independently
• To handle import and export shipping documents, customs declaration, order entry and invoice processing
• To coordinate all logistics activities effectively with internal parties, vendors and forwarders
• To follow up shipment booking and scheduling
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in trading or shipping companies, with solid knowledge to handle shipping documents and operations independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, knowledge of trade link, SAP is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, organized, independent and willing to learn, with positive working attitude as a good team player
