Position Overview:

We are currently looking for resources to come into the team to manage the overall Forecasting and Ordering of goods from our International Suppliers.

The role is primarily focused on determining how much stock needs to be ordered from our overseas suppliers and making sure the flow of stock into Hong Kong is happening on time.

Making sure that the orders are created and that everything runs smoothly up until the time of shipping of goods from the International port.

This person will need to work very closely with Sales Teams in understanding the demand for product and how much stock is going to needed to be ordered

Understand promotional events and how much stock will be needed for these events

As stock has often very tight expiry dates the planning part of an F&B division is highly critical to the success of the business

The role will also be accountable for costings of new items to come up with the prices that we will sell to customers

Experience

• Minimum 2 years-experience in a similar role
• Degree qualified
