Our client is a leading e-Commerce platform and focus on luxury goods. They are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and vendors for daily operation
• Handle Air Export/Import documentations
• Follow bookings and shipments to smooth the process of delivery
• Handle daily reports for Trade and Transport management
• Responsible for providing Import Clearance Instructions to carriers to facilitate delivery process

Requirements

• Bachelor or above related to logistics disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling Air Freight documentations and procedures
• Customer-driven, efficient, well organized with detailed mindset
• Able to identify problems with suitable solution to deal with
• Willing to work with high workload, overtime and under pressure
• Good command in English and computer skills
• Good Knowledge of International Customs laws/regulation, export compliance policies, documentation and processes will be an advantage
• Senior position may be considered for more experienced applicants
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
