Job Specification:

l Manage and motivate a team to deliver the services according to customer requirement

l Monitor key metrics to measure the quality and quantity of the team performance

l Responsible for ensuring procedures are adhered to. Build quality behaviour into the process

l Create and implement continuous improvement environment. Focus on cost effectiveness programs

l Responsive to operational issues and responsible for corrective and preventive actions

l Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered and to adopt a proactive approach to ensure a safe work environment for the team

Skills Required:

l Strong communication skills

l Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin in both writing and speaking

l Data analysis    

l Ability to develop individuals and team building

l Reporting and presentation skills

l Ability to write SOP and WI

l Red Prairie or other WMS knowledge, Microsoft Office

Experience:

l 6 years minimum in logistics warehouse operations

l 2 years minimum management experience

Education:

l Degree in business related field.
