About the opportunity:

The incumbent will be responsible for provide full-range travel and consultancy services to local leisure or corporate travelers. He / she will also responsible for handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of customer satisfaction;
• Research appropriate holidays destinations suitable for adding to the portfolio;
• Present the customer with recommendations and advise them on travel accessibility concerns;
• Liaise with tour operators making sure they understand the customer's requirements;
• Dealing with Reservation, Operation, and Negotiations section.
  
  
  

Key Requirements:   

• At least 3 years relevant solid experience;
• Proficient with desktop publishing tools (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good command in written and spoken English;
• Immediate available.
