OpSec Security is seeking a Solutions Manager to become part of its Solutions Management team based in Hong Kong.

Overview

OpSec Security is seeking a Solutions Manager to join our team to serve our client which is famous and luxury brand around the world. 

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks (not limited to the following)

• Onsite audit, evaluation and support for troubleshooting
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Administration such as facilitating shipment/ delivery of kit, inventory management, reports and documentation
• Make recommendations to help improve process and quality of information
• Provide video conference/remote support as needed for troubleshooting
• Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• BS in related field is preferred and at least three years’ experience in the position of Program/Project Manager.
• Strong work ethic, combined with a sense of ownership/responsibility
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills
• Decision making capacity and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at various levels
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
• Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Good computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic Engineering skill or working in Manufacturing environment
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
• Asia Travel is required occasionally
