Responsibilities:

• To provide professional suggestion and information to customers
• Achieve sales target
• Maintains relationships with customers and designers by providing support, information
• Maintain the showroom display and ensure each display item
• Handle and follow-up customer enquiry, email, order, quotation and contract
• Prepare up-to-date order list, report for internal meeting, designer visit information

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1-year retail operation experience
• Familiar with sanitary ware products or building products is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, great presentation and communication skills
• Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Working Location: Wan Chai
