Requirement:        

• Knowledge of production & quality control in electronics industry, prefer with semiconductor Assembly & Test experience. 
• Good command in English & Chinese 
• High Diploma or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Conduct machine maintenance, eg Ball Scan, Handler and Laser Marking
• Provide technical training & assessment for staffs base on machine manual
• Identify areas that need improvement and provide relevant recommendations
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior
