Job Description
工作內容
- 負責為前線保安員編排更份，包括工作、假期、年假及休息日等
- 確保前線保安員按時工作
- 協助營運部調配人手以應付臨時工作
- 處理保安員出勤紀錄及假期申請之相關文件
工作要求
- 中五或以上程度
- 擁有相關編更經驗，保安行業佳
- 持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書
- 良好英語及中文溝通能力
- 良好溝通技巧
- 6天工作，每天工作10小時
Responsibilities
- To handle scheduling issue of our frontline security guards
- To ensure all guard are proper schedule on duty
- To assist operations manager for temporary jobs manpower deployment
- To complete all related document for guard’s attendance and leave
- Allocate rest day, holiday and requested annual leaves within a limited resources
- Arrange manpower to cover ad-hoc operations request within a tight time frame
Requirement
- F5 or above
- Relevant scheduling in security industry experience
- With valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 10 hours per day and 6 days per week.
