Job Descriptions

• Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
• Manage the store operations and staff issue
• Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities
• Interact with customers, build strong customer relationships and maintain customer database
• Manage the store general administration activities / reporting
• Provide feedback / suggestions to Merchandising Team
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities

Requirements

• 7 years' experience in retail industry with at least 4 years at shop supervisory level
• Previous experience in Luxury sector is preferred
• Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of visual display and promotions
• Strong ability in staff management
• Excellency in customer service, pleasant personality and passionate with high fashion sense
• Self-motivated, hardworking, mature, strong team work and enthusiastic attitude
