Responsibilities:

• To enhance and handle the Group’s financial analysis and reporting systems, system of internal control and budgetary control procedures;
• Overseeing and handle full sets of all account books and monthly accounting reports;
• Develop and improve accounting and internal policy;
• To ensure all payments comply with internal control policies and procedures;
• Periodic review/update of accounting/finance policies in accordance to accounting and audit requirements;
• Prepare consolidated financial reports; cost and management reports;
• Handling tax filing, queries and planning independently;
• Liaise with external auditors, legal and tax advisers;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Certificate in HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage
• Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience in sizable company
• Proficient in MS office applications, experience in Quickbooks will be an added advantage
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
