Job Descriptions

• Preparing payment vouchers, journal entries and issuing payment cheque 
• Checking, posting and inputting accounting daily transaction
• Reconcile accounts, sub-ledger and supplier’s statements
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Assist in month end closing and regular financial reporting
• Assisting in routine accounting support and ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA student or Equivalent
• LCC intermediate level with minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience
• Conversant use of computerized accounting system, hands on experience and familiar with MYOB software and MS Office application
• Financial experience at NGOs will be definite advantageous
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of accuracy and carefulness
• Independent, details -oriented with good working attitude.
• Able to work efficiently with least supervision
• Immediately available is preferred
