Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of results announcements, interim and annual reports
• Station in HK with regular visits to PRC office for operational review
• Work with operation/contract team to ensure compliance with company policy
• Prepare other ad hoc reports for management
• Liaison with auditors / clients / bankers 

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in relevant discipline
• 3 years' or above audit experience
• Previous experience in HK listed company is highly preferred
• Periodic travel to PRC is required
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Student member / Member of HKICPA or other equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
