Our client from a retail company is looking for an Account Clerk to join in their account receivable team. This person will take up the account receivable functions and responsible account payable.

Responsibilities 

• Handle daily accounting tasks of AR function
• Reconcile boutique cash or debit receipts with Bank Deposits
• Prepare and input journal and receipt vouchers
• Issue manual debit and credit notes
• Provide document copies for any chargeback queries from credit card companies
• Provide accounts coding for invoice and credit note issued by Operations team
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements 

• LCCI Certificates
• Minimum 5 years account receivable experiences in a sizable company
• Knowledge in AX Dynamics or advanced ERP system is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel database
