Job Description
A US based Intraocular Lens (IOL) Medical Device Manufacturing Company is recruiting Administration Assistant for their new manufacturing facility at Laurus Optics Limited located in Kwai Chung
Job Duties :
- To perform general accounting duties and prepare regular financial reports
- To manage procurement procedures and inventory control of warehouse
- To help documents preparation for ISO & CE applications
- To assist administrative support to the Company
- To handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting Studies / LCCI Intermediate Level / Purchasing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 4 years relevant solid working experience
- Experienced to communicate with China Bodies
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word processing
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, attentive, multitasking and good time management
- Immediate available is preferred
