Few posts for full time Front Desk Executive ( HK$10,000 - HK$13,000 per month )

( Night Shift can up to HK$15,000 per month )

Job duties

• Undertake front desk duties, taking care of any guest inquiry;
• Building up good relationship and making fun with guests from all over the world;
• Taking care check in and check out task;
• Host causal event and/or party with guests such as hiking, BBQ…
• Manage all the booking and reservation from different channels;
• Checking and updating the payment record;
• Social media update;
• Generate regular report;
• More relevant experience in hospitality can be considered as supervisor.

Requirements :

• Kind and responsible character
• Can work independently
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate who love to meet people, having backpack traveler or working holiday will be more suitable
• Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred (but not required)
