Responsibilities

• Perform all-rounded reception duties including but not limited to serving visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail and arranging meeting rooms
• Provide effective customer service to all front office enquiries
• Order stationery/office supplies and verify invoices/receipts of supplies
• Update company’s contact and suppliers in an organized manner
• Assist in organizing company events/ad-hoc projects as and when required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with at least 5 years’ of practical experience in sizeable companies
• Fluent in spoken and written English/Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
• Responsible with professional telephone manner/communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with a stable track record would be an advantage
