Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely delivery of high quality service and final product to customers and related working parties
• To handle daily enquiries and job-related tasks, meeting with clients for pitching and operations; maintaining good communication with the Sales Team
• To follow up customers' enquiries, service requests, coordinating internal and external parties and proofreading the typeset material for accuracy, completeness and consistency
• To resolve clients complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal clients are meeting the expectations

Requirements:

• University graduates or above
• Experience in customer service or related sector with IT or digital knowledge preferred, but not essential
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and detail-minded
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
• Willing to work on shift (Morning/ Middle/ Overnight shift)
• Shift allowances are offered to Mid Shift and Overnight Shift
• Immediate availability is preferred
