Job Responsibilities：

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions in talent recruitment, payroll processing, taxation, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management
• Provide advice and support to all levels of employees on HR matters
• Assist in reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, drafting company memo etc.
• Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Qualifications：

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum5 years’ relevant hands-on experience in sizable organizations
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Mature, strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Immediate availability is highly appreciated
