Job Duties:

• Assist and represent CTO/CEO to handle business issues
• Assist travel itineraries and organize logistic arrangement for meetings and appointments
• Assist drafting and translating documents, letters and reports where appropriate
• Participate and build connections in exhibitions, regular meeting (Every Tuesday 7:00 - 9:00 AM), and other business networks
• Response phone call and message inquiry to CTO/CEO
• Ad hoc duties as required
• Work remotely with 7x12 response to CTO/CEO

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in business administration, finance, accounting or related discipline
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience serving senior executives or Chairman in sizable companies
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good numerical sense and excellent data interpretation and analytical skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
• Mature, self-motivation,patient, excellent attention to details with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
