Job Description
The Jobs:
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical works
- Handle customer services and logistic support to internal and external parties
- Prepare documentation include quotation, PO, invoice etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Experienced in administrative/ secretarial duties is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge in MS office and computer skills
- Be a team player with good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
- Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
- Immediate available is highly preferred
