Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
• Handle both business/personal matters for the Senior Executive in a discreet and professional manner
• Prepare business correspondence in both English and Chinese
• Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder is a must; prior secretarial training is an advantage
• At least 4 years’ of secretarial experience in sizable companies
• Proactive, meticulous, well-organized with good interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
