Our client is a leading professional firm. They are currently looking for high caliber to lead the HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR function for Hong Kong and China office
• Develop and implement long term and short term HR strategies at corporate level and drive to other sub office
• Supervise general HR function including C&B, recruitment, training, staff retention, etc
• Be the change agent and drive the corporate change in a smooth transition
• Keep abreast of HR market intelligence and to ensure company is in accordance with statutory requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR function
• Track exposure in large corporate / professional firm
• Strong knowledge in Hong Kong and China labor ordinance is a must
• Able to manage and dissolve any gap within the company
• Well-versed spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
