Job Description

Our client is a sizeable HK Listed Manufacturer with operations in China and S. E. Asia. They are inviting professional staff to join the HR team in Asia to support their business development 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations in support of a reputable US Multinational Key Account
  • Lead the HR team to plan and execute effective HR operations to meet business needs
  • Develop and execute effective and well-organized recruiting strategy & activities to attract candidates that meet current & future business needs.
  • Work with COE to develop and execute an effective goal setting and performance management process to build a performance-driven culture
  • Review and execute special incentive, allowance and non-financial reward programs as per business needs, Group guidelines and market practice.
  • Develop and facilitate training and development programs and robust talent pipeline & succession planning to meet organizational and business needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential dissatisfaction of employees to avoid staff complaints and labour disputes. Resolve complaints and disputes to minimize financial, staff morale, legal and publicity risks, and under Group policy framework. 
  • Review and design organization structure, roles and responsibilities that supports business operations and business strategies effectively & efficiently
  • Supervise office and factory administration teams in planning and providing effective, cost efficient, CRS compliant and user friendly administration support to all departments and sites.
  • Work closely with Group HR to plan and manage transfer and expatriation of staff across countries and businesses as per business needs, Group policies, and legal requirements of both host and home country.

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of experience in Human Resources management preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience in China HR operations with knowledge in labor regulations in China
  • Strong business sense, resourceful and persistent in reaching goals
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Frequent travel or stationing in S China is required
